We will gather at 6:PM for fellowship and snacks and a cash bar with the business meeting starting at 7:PM.
Agenda:
1) Discuss what is going on with the club.

2) Setup dates and times for club functions

3) Review banking information , bills, needs for future

4) Decide and VOTE for President, and ELECTED Board Members, If you cannot be there to vote, please fill out your proxy from your email and send it with someone who will be there to vote in your behalf.

5) Open Floor for any other Club Matters.

6) Door prize drawings including auction award 189 Club Belt Buckles.

7) Adjourn.
